I’m Nina Gold, an executive search consultant specialising in the hotel and hospitality sector globally.
After years of working with boutique executive search firms and supporting leading hotels and resorts around the world, I founded my independent practice to offer a more personal and flexible approach to search and research.
I collaborate with hotel groups, independent hotel owners, search consultancies, and hospitality clients who value integrity, a dedicated, efficient search process, and genuine connection.
My work is guided by curiosity, discretion, and a deep respect for people — which I believe, is the foundation of a successful partnership.
What I Do
I work with hotel groups, owners, independent properties, and hospitality clients who value a personalised, flexible search approach - without ego or noise - just transparent focus on delivery.
My work centres on senior leadership roles such as General Manager, Resort Manager, Head of Operations, and key group, corporate or critical Head Of Department (HOD) positions across all functions (such as Commercial, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, IT, Engineering, Operations, Finance) within the hotel and hospitality space globally.
All assignments are conducted on an engagement-fee basis, ensuring full commitment, accountability and transparency throughout the process.
I value integrity, clarity, and direct collaboration with decision-makers and hiring managers to achieve aligned and timely results.
In addition, I support select executive search firms on a project-by-project basis, providing research and candidate identification support at a senior level.
Experience
Recent collaborations include a ten-month in-house contract with Aman Group in 2024/25, supporting their internal corporate recruitment and resulting in 52 successful placements across all functions and regional offices.
In addition to my own search assignments, I continue to partner with Cervus Leadership Consulting on a project-by-project basis, supporting senior appointments across the hospitality industry. In recent years, I have successfully placed roles such as General Manager, Head of Hospitality, Managing Director, Resort Manager, Vice President Operations, among others.
Clients include leading international brands, luxury boutique hotels, independent owners, family offices, developers, and hospitality groups.
