I’m Nina Gold, an executive search consultant specialising in senior operational leadership roles within the luxury and lifestyle hotel sector.

After working with boutique executive search firms and supporting leading luxury hotels and resorts globally — including a recent in-house contract with Aman Group — I returned to independent search to work more selectively and closely with decision-makers.

Through Gold & Talent, I partner directly with owners, COOs, and senior leaders on business-critical appointments where judgement, discretion, and cultural alignment matter as much as experience.

My work is grounded in integrity, clarity, and a deep respect for people — because at senior level, successful search is built on trust, not volume.

What I Do

I work with owner-led hotel groups, independent luxury properties, and hospitality platforms on senior operational leadership appointments.

My focus includes roles such as Group Director of Operations, General Manager, Resort Manager, Assistant General Manager, and critical senior HOD or corporate leadership positions across operations, commercial, and support functions.

I work exclusively on an engagement-fee basis, ensuring focus, confidentiality, and a thorough, consultative search process — particularly important at senior level, where the cost of a mis-hire is high.

I collaborate directly with owners, COOs, and senior decision-makers to ensure alignment from the outset and a clear, disciplined search process throughout.

Experience

Most recently, I completed a ten-month in-house contract with Aman Group (2024–2025), supporting their global corporate recruitment function and contributing to 52 successful senior and mid-level placements across multiple functions and regions.

Alongside my independent search work, I collaborate on a project basis with Cervus Leadership Consulting, supporting senior leadership appointments across the hospitality sector.

Previous assignments include placing General Managers, Resort Managers, Heads of Hospitality, Vice Presidents of Operations, Managing Directors, and other senior leaders for luxury hotel groups, independent owners, developers, and hospitality platforms internationally.
